Psoriasis a common inflammatory skin condition characterized by frequent episodes of redness, itching and thick, dry, silvery scales on the skin.

First Week:

1. Wash affected areas with warm water using La Cure Salt Soap.
2. Dissolve 2-3 teaspoonfuls of La Cure Mineral Salts in 50 ml of warm water and with a piece of cotton rub the affected areas of skin imbued with this solution leave for 20-30 minutes, and then rinse with lukewarm water.
   If the solution is used at night, it is advisable to leave it until the next morning, and then rinse with lukewarm water.(Recommended 2-3 times daily).
3. Apply La Cure Mud Mask avoiding eyes area once a day. Leave the mud for 20-30 minutes, and then rinse with lukewarm water.
4. It is recommended to use La Cure Moisturizing Cream after removing the Mud Mask, for moisturizing the skin, and for added comfort.
5. Every time  you are exposed to the sun Apply La Cure Sun Screen Cream.

Second Week:

Same as the first week but apply La Cure Mineral Salts once a day only in nighttime.

After the Second Week:

Same as the Second week but day after day and the moisturizing cream should be used on daily basis. Until the skin ailment disappears.
